Welcome to Taunton Diagnostic Centre. Opened in September 2021, Alliance Medical began running this modern centre in November 2022, in partnership with Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. Serving patients across the county, Taunton Diagnostic Centre's location away from the busy hospital makes it more accessible and convenient for referrers and their patients. Offering a range of diagnostic imaging, the centre allows us to provide high-quality, safe scans quickly, significantly reducing patient waiting times.

Rapid response to request by extremely helpful and friendly staff. Scan arranged and carried out promptly at a convenient time and location. Report received very quickly and easily shared with another organisation on request.

Very efficient. I had my scan soon after applying and after a phone consultation with a consultant. Scan. com staff are very helpful and send very useful and easy to understand instructions prior to the scan. I had the results very soon afterwards which were initially given to me via another phone call with a consultant who rang me. The two sets of results via e mail were fabulous as the second interactive set of results meant I could understand what my problems were very clearly. Thank you very much Scan.com!

Whilst worried about what was going to happen. All staff involved were professional and explained everything. The scan itself was not pleasant but the staff did keep checking on myself. All in all the staff performed well which you do not always get.
