Fantastic service from booking in until results. I now know what the issue is so can try to manage the symptoms until I’m seen on the nhs.

The scan procedure itself was excellent: no waiting, efficient etc.and good in every way. What was not good was the wait for the result which was over 7 days.
The scan itself was excellent; I was made to feel comfortable. The process was quick and safe. The one down side was the 10 days it took for the results to come through.

My MRI scan booking was dealt with professionally and promptly with good communication pre and post-scan. The results were available within 48 hours and discussed with me over the phone by a physician. A positive experience overall.
