Wow, just wow. Scan.com provided a very swift, effortless service. From the moment I submitted my request, there was a 2 day turnaround to having my scan. The clinician’s and office staff were soo helpful and empathetic with my case and I’m soo thankful to them. I highly recommend Scan.com.
MRI scan itself was very good and speed of results. The communication between me and the National Service was good, but because I had booked nationally, the communication. between me and the local provider was poor. Was told I needed to pay, when I had already paid, was told I could not receive my results directly but had to go through GP, despite self-referring. Also incorrect. It was all a bit muddled. Shame really. Just needed Healthshare Winchester to be better at their end with the admin.

The booking of the appointment was easy and I was contacted very quickly to discuss the scan. The clinic then rang and confirmed my appointment. The staff at the clinic could not have been more helpful or reassuring. The results came back in two days and were explained in detail to me and then e mailed to me. All in all I was extremely impressed with the whole process and can absolutely recommend Scan.com.
