I booked a scan on the recommendation of my chiropractor. A clinician rang to discuss this and recommended a different area to be scanned. He was correct It transpired. I could choose a venue fairly nearby and a quick appointment. I received quick scan results and report. The staff were pleasant and efficient.

I booked an Ultrasound and it was very quick from start to finish all in the same week including the results. I managed to book the date and time to suit me online. A dr called me within 2 days to discuss the referral. Staff at the diagnostic centre were all lovely and professional and within 2 days I was contacted with my results and also e mailed a report along with the actual scans. I would definitely use this service again if the need arose.

I found this company to be very professional along with friendly and helpful staff. After booking my MRI appointment with them I found them to be very responsive to what I needed. They talked me through everything I needed to know and what the procedures were on the day. The day of the scan was very efficient and didn’t have to wait too long to be seen. My results were sent through the following day along with a phone call later to explain and go through everything they had found and what I needed to do next regarding treatment. All in all a very positive experience and would not hesitate to use them again if required 😃

Efficient and professional service. Pre MRI phone call immediately identified need for a lumber/spine scan rather than muscular skeletal scan. MRI carried out locally. Prompt telephone feedback with advice on how to treat the injury followed up by written report.

Very happy with convenience of scan at the Amex Stadium. I was last in the morning session and I di feel a bit rushed and left to fend for myself at the end of the scan.
4months after accident I did get right diagnose. I had motorbike accident which left me with what they said after Xray only "ankle sprain". Gp refused to check it farther and after too much pain and hassle I booked myself for MRi scan which showed I had a fracture and some inflamation to my bone marrow and other stuff. I am very glad I did it because the service was absolutely stunning from booking, scanning, to phone call, handwritten results, pictures and great explanation to my diagnose over the phone with prosefional staff it took only up to 7days. I will recommend this service with all my 10 and use it if need it again. Well done and thank you for your help and support.

I was very impressed with my experience and I could not fault my appointment in any way. The staff were so friendly and kind and it was carried out professionally and efficiently. The Consulting Dr was also extremely good and put me at my ease, both before and after the procedure. I have been telling all of my friends about this fabulous service and it was half the price of other companies, great value for money. The venue was also very pleasant and easy to access with wonderful parking availability. I also appreciated having the follow up results sent via email and speaking to the Dr, afterwards. I am an ex Nurse so I do have quite high expectations and these expectations were achieved by your company. The only negative seemed to be administration. I phoned a few times and always seemed to be in a queue which never shortened. I was advised by the messaging machine to leave a message and they would get back to me. I left two messages but no one phoned me back. I had previously been given a date for Friday, because of the mix up with no one responding to my calls, that slot was taken by someone else. I was then given an appointment for Sunday. Basically, you do need to look at your phone system, picking up calls, and responding to messages that are left. I did become a bit despondent when I could not contact/speak to anyone. Perhaps you might like to follow this up? But, thank you for the other part of the great service
