I was really impressed with the professionalism of all those who I met or spoke to on the phone. Also very impressed by the speed of the report coming through to me. The only thing I have found awkward is the zipped file and getting it through to my chiropractor and the Advanced Practitioner at Crawley Hospital. I was completely unable to forward it myself or to send smaller parts of it. I even bought a WinZip account but was similarly unable to get the files out and resent. I had to ask for my chiropractor's mobile phone number to complete your form, which seemed unnecessary.

Very smooth and easy process to getting the MRI scan. Received the report in good time and a follow up phone call to explain any issues in it. Would have been useful if the follow up was also written down in addition to on phone

Fast service, contacted by consultant within 48hrs and booked in within the week. Treatment was stalled by NHS waiting 5 months for an MRI, using this service my treatment was expedited to physio therapy very quickly. I now don’t have to worry about being in pain and causing further damage. MRI images were easy to access and forward to GP.

Arrived on time. Seen on time. Air conditioned comfortable cabin which I was glad about as it was a very hot day . Back scan latest about 20 minutes - no scary moments - quite loud - was given earplugs (which helped) but overall nowhere near as bad or claustrophobic as I had thought it might be. Pleasant two ladies in the cabin and one of them put a cushion under my knees before the scan which proved to be very comfortable and helpful for my back. So thank you - an efficient service with result of scan discussed over the telephone with your physiotherapist who called me the same evening which was really helpful as I was able to ask him several questions and he was pleasant and knowledgeable.

It is not often that a product or service exceeds my expectation but my experience with Scan.com / Medical Imaging Partnership was exactly that. From my first interaction with them I have been impressed by the professionalism of everyone concerned. First with a telephone conversation with ‘my’ consultant establishing the reasons for my wanting the scan and full details of my medical history in that area; then with the friendly and accommodating staff at the scanning facility who took great care in explaining the procedure and putting me at rest and finally with the very comprehensive report outlining what was found which was preceded by a telephone conversation with ‘my’ consultant explaining in simple terminology what was found. I was concerned with just one issue that resulted in my requesting the scan, however four unrelated issues were also identified, two of which I was already aware but had not disclosed, which only went to highlight the thoroughness of this entire process. Considering what I paid and what I received I think this represented excellent value for money.
