I was made to feel totally at ease from the beginning . All the staff were very helpful and explained exactly what would happen. The MRI was so relaxing it was almost a shame to come out. The staff couldn't have been better.

The booking process was very easy and I was guided by my physio as well. I feel it was money well spent as my treatment from her is now much more specifically targeted and so my condition is already a lot better.
Getting appointment showed when booked was not viable so not sure why given as an option when booked as didn’t get chosen date but the next day but took lot of emails and calls then short notice before finalised. Scan seemed fine all staff lovely etc had report and suppose to have call from doctor to explain 5 days gone since report still not had call Still no call despite chasing
A good experience from start to finish. Website clear, concise and easy to navigate. Once ordered there was a timely conversation about my issue and an appointment was made for the MRI less than a weeks time. Arrived at hospital, well treated by the MRI team. only had to wait about ten minutes, had the MRI and on my way back home in less than 45 minutes from arriving. Excellent. Four working days later received my report and images and was contacted for a follow up consultation which was very informative. All these details have been transferred to my doctor and my medical records and an appointment set to discuss with my doctor a way forward. Sadly, had I had to wait for an MRI on the NHS I would have done more damage to my knee and would have been on pain killers for at least an extra 30 to 40 weeks waiting to start the repair process waiting for an MRI. All in all a very professional and affordable experience.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. The only problem now is I do not know how to read the results. I thought that I would receive a more in-depth explanation of what was found, as I am 81 years old and only have a I.pad which I am not that good with. Even a more in-depth telephone calll would be helpful, as I believe I have dementia. thank you.
Had to wait a long time from arriving to getting the scan but all went well, staff really friendly and explained everything to me.

Easy to book, rapid telephone triage and quick access. Scan was exactly at time booked; very professional staff. I was called within 48 hours of the scan to be given a synopsis of the Radiologist’s report. Price competitive too!
Good price but the communication was below par. Had to request my images once the report came through and waited a further 10 days for them.

The booking process was so simple & booking time obviously compared to waiting for NHS was perfect. I had a phone call after 3 days & The MRI scan results were read out as well as the results emailed over straight away. Great service, thank you.

Excellent service. Got my scan done within days and received my report shortly after. Spoke to a lovely doctor before and after who explained everything clearly. I emailed an enquiry a few days afterwards and got a reply within the hour.
I received excellent communication both on booking and after my scan from Mark at customer support.He was very helpful. The staff at the PRH MRI unit were very pleasant and helpful.The only problem I had was being assured the report could be prepared in time for my GP appointment this was not the case but the support dept.Followed this up quickly.Overall a good efficient service.
