After a slight glitch when I was told an appointment had been made without any consultation with me and which was not suitable a new one was made that was mutually convenient. The scan procedure itself was excellent, being punctual, properly explained and overall highly efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The scan itself was great. The staff were lovely and made me comfortable and checked on me during the scan. The doctor that called to confirm which scan I needed as well as the admin staff that later booked it were also great. The issue I’ve had was waiting for those calls and waiting for the scan to be booked. I paid for the scan on 31st July, it said 3-5 day wait on the booking and I ended up having the scan on 1st September. Admittedly the first available date was the 25th August. So nearly a month which varies significantly from what was advertised.
From the initial point of contact to the final one I received an excellent service in all areas. Thanks

Booking scan was relatively easy and managed to get a suitable appointment. Took a week for results to come through and then had to wait a few more days for the images. Consultant I spoke to was helpful

Everything was done as Scan.com Ltd said it would be. I booked a provisional scan date on the 23.6.23 for the 30.6.23. Their doctor authorised the scan on the 24.6.23 and said to wait to hear from the hospital doing the scan. They chased it for me on the 29.6.23 and it went ahead on the 30.6.23. Within a few days the doctor rang to give me my results and told me how to access all of my results and what I should expect the NHS to do for me.

Scan.com made it so easy for me to get two MRI scans carried out close to where I live at a reasonable cost. They were able to refer me for the treatment without the involvement of my GP and the scans and reports were available in a matter of days. The whole process took less time than just getting an appointment with my GP. Would highly recommend scan.com
Timing was good..service was very good..I have the impression that the radiographers went over and beyond in their service for which I'm very grateful. In short, all was good. No complaints.. I had a great experience because the customer service team was friendly and had good time management. The health professionals who supported me were therapeutic in their relationship with me. I was very satisfied.
Very efficient booking system, competitive fee. Only wobble was the final booking confirmation, where the attachments required a response within 48 hours, which was not highlighted in the covering email. Otherwise, friendly, helpful staff, and a calm atmosphere in the scan room (unlike my drive on he M25 beforehand)
It was a simple easy exercise
Called Monday. Clinician called me Tuesday. I had booked a cervical spine MRI and also for the shoulder. After explaining my symptoms the clinician told me I didn't need the shoulder just the cervical spine. I was immediately refunded the price of the shoulder Scan! Had the MRI 2 days later. Report came 3 days later along with the images. This has saved me months of being on an NHS waiting list. Fantastic service. I highly recommend this company.

Once we had found the right car park everything went well. There was help at the reception desk and I was very quickly taken to the scan location. All helpful, told the length of the scan and quickly set up. No problems

Had my scan on the Saturday and received results by Wednesday (and that’s with a bank holiday on one of the days). I can’t recommend this service enough.

A relativley quick and good service from the company. From start to finish you would get a quick call from the company and a consultant, and was within a week and a half to get a scan at your preffered location after the initial first call. HOWEVER only criticism i have is that the radiology results from scanning company are just read out to by the consultant dealing with your case, which you could have read yourself and been non the wiser. As they just read what was on the scan sheet. So i dnt think the specialist (consulatant) is necasarily fully trained or qualified in the area that you need (well in my case perhaps) to give you any better advise or help regarding your pains and problems that has been seen on the MRI. As the advise given wasnt really helpful to the problems i am having. Id say its a good service to to have the scans for you to give to your own spcialist that you might be already seeing. But if you dont have one its only good for just getting the scans themselves.

The service did not live up to expectations with regards to timescales. The service is advertised as scan and report within 7 days. The scan took place on day 7 and I had to accept an appointment with less than 24hrs notice. The report and scan was not provided until day 14.
