I was very pleased with the service that I received from National MRI. Once I had completed the online application form I was phoned the following day by Michael to check the type of MRI scan I requested and to check my medical details. A couple of days later I was contacted and given a date for the scan. The medical staff who conducted the scan were very friendly and understanding of my claustrophobia and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Michael then contacted me a couple of days after the scan to talk me through the results. I would have no hesitation in using National MRI again should I require further scans. They are a professional and well organised team.

MRI scan I self referred for 2 scans. A clinician phoned to gather more information about my condition. Scan performed 26 days later which I thought was a long time for a private investigation. The scan was performed and I am happy with the efficiency of the service. I emailed requesting results asap as I needed to make a decision on treatment for my knee. The clinician phoned me 2 days later to discuss my result and copies of the pictures and reports were emailed to me. I have now given the report to my GP I would use this company again However today 9.8.2021 I have attended a private appointment with a consultant. His secretary has requested the video of my knee mri and this was not sent therefore not helpful. Surely there is some sort of professional curtacy.

The entire process was so quick and easy From booking to the MRI itself everything went so smoothly. Worth every penny and I even got to keep the pictures of my brain to show off to all my friends on social media. Really friendly staff. Warning: getting an MRI is a bit like being buried alive and the sounds it makes is like bad dubstep on acid. If that sounds like a good time to you then go for it. Otherwise, I would wait until you are actually concerned about your brain before you book.

I found National MRI scans to be very quick and efficient. On the day of the scan the two nurses were very helpful and friendly. Overall very pleased with the service given.

Decided to book a private MRI scan due to long nhs waiting times. I researched a lot of private scan companies and these ones had the best reviews and they did not disappoint me at all. From booking I was called by a consultant within 2 days, the consultant allowed me to ask questions and confirmed that I had booked the right type of scan. I had my scan 3 days later and the images arrive via email within 2 days. I had no problems opening and saving the images using a desktop computer. The consultant rang me the next day and discussed the report and gave further advice and made some really useful recommendations. The written report arrived via email the following day after the phone call. It was all easy to book and navigate, the people conducting the mri were fabulous too. It was all simply fabulous from beginning to end and everything inbetween too! I wouldn’t hesitate to go private again in the future. It was really affordable and quick. Fabulous 5 star service!

Excellent service from start to finish, worth every penny, better than waiting over 12 weeks for NHS, extremely quick and easy, and informed every step of the way, would highly recommend.
