Excellent service, good value, communication was fast, clear and concise. Results from scan were discussed quickly, clearly within 1 day of the scan completion. I could not have gotten a better service. From contacting on line to completion of the images and report being e mailed to me the day after the scan, the service was outstanding. I have no hesitation in recommending this service.

Would highly recommend national mri scan , Booked online 14th of April and had my mri on the 4th of may!! Now that was fast considering I’ve been waiting for 6years for one on the nhs , results were in 3days from having the scan ,found my problem with my lumber spine!! Had the evidence to give to my doctor referred to spine specialist .

I booked my MRI scan and within one week I had my results back.The communication was excellent from start to finish.I would highly recommend.

Mixed feelings but mostly positive. I received the appointment date fairly quickly but it was 3 weeks away which was inconvenient. However, the scan went smoothly and I actually received the images the following day and report the day after which exceeded my expectations. Slight negative is that I expected a National MRI consultant to walk me through the report but it was a kind lady who actually did not really understand the terms used on the report. Nevertheless, because of the swiftness, I was able to immediately book in an appointment with my private consultant for the same week.

I was very pleased with the service. Had a personalised call afterwards to go through the results. Would recommend.

I was so impressed with this service and equally impressed at how quick my appointment was and how quickly the images and the report was completed and delivered to me. The people that actually did my scan were so professional and so friendly as they talked me through the whole process as I was very nervous they totally put my mind at rest. I did ring round for prices and dates and I can honestly say these people were the cheapest and quickest for an immediate appointment. After my scan had been completed I did call the National MRI number and I left a message as I was a bit confused to when I would receive my report, they called me back and I received the report that evening. If you need to get an MRI scan then choose this company as they were all so helpful, fast and caring which in my eyes made such a huge impact on me.

I was very impressed with the service I received, starting with a very quick availability date and receiving calls from the consultant involved and from where the scan was taking place. The scan itself was quick and easy with all covid rules in place and I was delighted to receive the results less than 24 hrs later with a follow up call from the consultant. All in all anexcellent service which I woukd recommend.

I would not hesitate in recommending MRI National, service from start to finish was eccellent. I had my MRI scan at Fairfield Hospital in St Helens, very professional . I had my scan last Sunday and had the results on Monday, couldn't believe how quickly they came through. Received a report advising results on various parts of the brain, can breathe a massive sigh of relief, was worth every penny. If you are looking to pay for a scan I woukd highly recommend. I would definately recommend Nat Mri Scans,everyone was so polite and helpful.the only problem I encountered was downloading the images, even after asking my friend to help, we were unsuccessful. I think everyone should be offered a disk or usb stick (considering 20% of the population still dont have computers) it would have been 5* otherwise. However the matter has now been resolved. Thank you very grateful.

Easy to book Good initial assessment by a Doctor Quick scan within a few days - some admin issues with this because of them using a third party to scan but sorted quickly Results were longer than expected (7 days) - I'd have hoped for quicker being private but still fine No follow up call from a Doctor, presumably because everything was ok.
