Outstanding service from start to finish. Needed to organise an MRI Lumbar Spine for my very sporty 14 year old son who had sustained a lower back injury during competing. Completed the online consultation form, received a phone call from a clinician within hours of submitting discussed symptoms and most appropriate investigation, was then contacted within hours to arrange an appointment for the scan which was performed 2 days later. Received results of scan 1.5 days later including phone call with a clinician to explain findings as well as written copy of the report and images sent through to my son’s physiotherapist. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Super efficient, stress free and excellent communication. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again. Superb!

I really appreciated the ability to look for scan services near to me and check prices, and reviews, before booking. The whole process was simple to arrange, I filled in the request and got a call from a clinician the next day. The scanning facility, in my case Pall Mall medical in Newton-le-Willows contacted me the same day, to offer me a scan date later that week. After the scan was completed, I got my results and images sent to me by email, as well as a follow up call from the clinician to discuss the results and an ongoing treatment plan to help with the issues found. I would definitely use them again if I needed further imaging done.
