Lovely place, well looked after, very private. I didn’t feel like just a number, I was treated with respect & it was all very professional.

Dr Anna was very helpful in obtaining all the details over the phone before the scan and called me with the results and answered my questions afterwards. Sadly there were delays at the scanning centre (not the fault of national MRI scan). There was a 10 day delay in result reporting, this meant that from payment to results was almost 6 weeks. That being said, Leoni went above and beyond in her customer service by contacting the scanning centre many times in attempt to obtain the results and images quicker. The scan was also £300 cheaper than paying the hospital for the scan directly. The website states that the average turnaround from payment to results is 7 days, I think this should be updated based on the individual hospitals. It was also mentioned that some hospitals don't offer certain scans even though it is possible to book them through the website. In summary 5* customer service, special thanks to Dr Anna and Leoni. Lost a star due to website needing updates.
A great place,S tarting with very nice and helpful ladies who work at the reception desk, and ending with the MRI examination, which was carried out stress-free and in a friendly atmosphere by a radiologist.

the scan it self was quick and friendly. how ever the after consultance was by phone text which i didnt like. didnt feel a text was good enough and should be face to face. which I did feel this was in the price.

There was no time at all from booking the scan, to having the scan to getting the result explained in plain Wnglish to me.
Speedy process to get a diagnosis of my condition. This means the process of recovery has started. Anyone who can afford the costs should get a scan, you're a long time deceased!
Cannot praise enough Had MRI scan at Pall Mall Newton-le-Willows from making our enquiry, having consultation. scan and then getting results the whole service was professional, quick and friendly. The hospital was spotless ,efficient and the staff welcoming. My son has been struggling with chronic back pain for months medication not working and having to wait months for NHS scan now after having MRI with Scan.com uk He is reassured and can move forward and get the correct treatment. We would highly recommend and would definitely use again should the need arise
Excellent service, arrived early and went straight it, report written and verbal given same day. I was called at 6.45 pm with results which was impressive. Admin staff also responsive sending information. Thanks Debbie

The actual process of booking, confirming & attending my scan was seamless, as was the results being sent to me. Will change this review to 5 stars when I get a reply to my query about my results..i was told by a consultant that she would get clarification about details in my report as she didn’t know what it meant either. Update: 27th Sept - I still have not had a response about the question is submitted 3 weeks ago so final rating is back down to 3.
I had a mri scan last year at a different hospital and felt uncomfortable but at pall mall i felt relaxed with the radiographer and at ease

I love the NHS and would support them in anyway I can but sometimes waiting lists are just to long to I researched and found Pall Mall (Scan.comUK) From start to finish the process was very simple. It was easy to book appointment, find and park. Excellent service, no waiting, appointment took place on time with helpful staff. My appointment was on a Friday and on Monday I had a phone consultation and immediately received an electronic hard copy of the report. Would definitely recommend.
The staff were polite and helpful I didn't have to wait around to get my scan and I got the results within 24 hours

There was no greeting ! Told to go back up n down stairs waited 30 mins then had to shout hello 10 times to get attention then waited another 10 mins before someone came no one on reception
