I really appreciated the ability to look for scan services near to me and check prices, and reviews, before booking. The whole process was simple to arrange, I filled in the request and got a call from a clinician the next day. The scanning facility, in my case Pall Mall medical in Newton-le-Willows contacted me the same day, to offer me a scan date later that week. After the scan was completed, I got my results and images sent to me by email, as well as a follow up call from the clinician to discuss the results and an ongoing treatment plan to help with the issues found. I would definitely use them again if I needed further imaging done.

The actual process of booking, confirming & attending my scan was seamless, as was the results being sent to me. Will change this review to 5 stars when I get a reply to my query about my results..i was told by a consultant that she would get clarification about details in my report as she didn’t know what it meant either. Update: 27th Sept - I still have not had a response about the question is submitted 3 weeks ago so final rating is back down to 3.
