Helpful kind and efficient
Having found the advert for an MRI on line, we signed up. A phone call ensued and then quickly an appointment date and time. The whole procedure was good and I was welcomed and looked after for the whole of the appointment. We will definitely be recommending your services to others. Thankyou.
Quick and friendly service at a reasonable price
I was happy with my MRI which revealed the Problem I was having with my knee. I had a follow up call to discuss my options for the Future.
I received excellent communication both on booking and after my scan from Mark at customer support.He was very helpful. The staff at the PRH MRI unit were very pleasant and helpful.The only problem I had was being assured the report could be prepared in time for my GP appointment this was not the case but the support dept.Followed this up quickly.Overall a good efficient service. Excellent service. Got my scan done within days and received my report shortly after. Spoke to a lovely doctor before and after who explained everything clearly. I emailed an enquiry a few days afterwards and got a reply within the hour.
