Professional service and not too expensive the only thing is I would have preferred the option to book a full body scan but this was not available near me.

I was very happy with the speed and the service I received from National MRI scan. I would definitely recommend them if you need to get an MRI scan.

A great service from start to finish. Rapid follow ups (both after the initial booking and following my MRI) and the MRI itself took place within a few days. Sian E was extremely helpful both at the initial consultation point and when talking me through my results - she forwarded the results to my GP and I was prioritised accordingly despite usually taking some time. Would recommend.

Excellent service. Fast and efficient- results back within 4-5 days. No wait at site - straight in and out in 20 mins. Only thing that wasn’t great was my phone number was transcribed incorrectly at some point so there was a delay between my telephone consultation and the booking an MRI slot as they needed to write to me.

NHS said there's a 4 month wait and another few months to read the MRI and advise me what the issue is. But national MRI scan took my booking, scanned me and gave me the result all within a week. I was truly shocked at how quick it was and how well I was treated throughout, for once 5 stars truly isn't enough. The stress you lifted from me alone was worth the money thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had a very positive experience with the National MRI Scan. Within an hour of requesting the Scan I had spoken to a Consultant. Then in the following week the Scan was booked at Queen Mary's in Sidcup, took place and the Consultant had rung me to discuss the results. Having waited for a referral for a correct diagnosis since February, I was very happy to finally find out what was wrong. I can't thank the team enough!

Overall a good experience. Date of scan wasn't as quick as I had been led to believe and some minor difficulty getting the results to my Consultant. Don't think a none medical person should read out the results to you over the phone as you can't get qualifications or explanations.

Not too long to wait for the MRI scan. Good and clear report of the findings but would have liked the results a little quicker.

I booked and paid for the scan online. I was then contacted a few days later by a member of staff and we discussed the scans I had asked for and my ussues. I was then referred to my local MRI centre. I had my scan and within 6 days I again spoke to my consultant who advised ne kf my results I also received my results by e mail, the whole process took less than 2 weeks , very efficient and smoothly done.

I was given good sound advice regarding my need for a scan. The scan was done the same week and I again had good constructive advice regarding the issues I needed advice on once my scan had been reviewed with the same doctor that had done the original triage.

I did a google search as I needed an mri on my lower back and neck and your prices were the most competitive so I booked an appt on your website which was then followed up by a health professional who checked up to see if I actually needed an mri on both areas and why. It was literally a five minute call. Then my mri booking was confirmed. After my mri I got my results through and another call from the health professional who went through my problem and how I could help it. This whole process from start to finish took 5 days. It was so quick, efficient and I would definitely use this service again. I have told loads of my friends and family. Thank you for making my life a lot easier. I now have physio and manipulation booked in for my back and neck and I’m now sure I will be back in tip top health soon. Thankyou, Sarah

As soon As I walked in to reception area instead of being greeted politely a young "nurse"said...Name....I gave my name ...then she pulled a face asking did you book through a scan ?I said :yes,I booked and paid for a lumbar MRI ..She made me feel so bad about booking privately..then I was called and told that I am a last customer and everything felt rushed.

Booked on a Thursday night for the following Monday. Had a call on Friday morning to ask if I wanted to come on on Saturday morning. Scan was quick, clean and friendly. Results by Monday morning. They’ve sent results to NHS consultant. Can’t get much better than that. Worth the extra money to find out results quicker for peace of mind in my opinion

Quick appointment and results that were explained via phone call and the patient friendly written result was helpful.

Everything went smoothly except the booking system . We booked 8am with queen marys hospital but they did not confirm an appointment until gone 8 on the day . They then offered us 3.30 . We had to really chase for an appointment and they said it might not even be that day and maybe tomorrow . We got 3.30 simply because we made a nuisance of ourselves .

I found the service very efficient and feedback very helpful. I have already recommended it to a friend who is in a long wait for an NHS scan. The only snag was that I was originally charged £450 instead of £350 but this was refunded when I queried it with the company

Assisted when other consultants would not help with getting an urgent MRI scan. Always very helpful, caring staff on the end of the phone, consultants, and every person we came across. Quick results, personal service and very professional. So grateful for everyone, thank you.

The customer service at scan themselves are nice and friendly. Only thing is the consultant who first call you who will reffer you to the hospital and then especially the one who calls to give your results are not that great. I mean the consultant wouldn't even engage with me I'm asking questions and they just repeat the same thing the scan was clear but that's not what I'm asking I'm asking some questions here I mean I paid so much money for the scan So yeah go ahead and to it but don't expect much except the actual scan result

Scan was good and appointment quick but results were very slow

I was very disappointed with the coordination. The procedure for getting booked up till the receipt of the final results was not properly spelt out. As a result, one was left chasing and contacting every available departments. Later discovered it was waste of money because my GP is not obliged to rely on the report since he did not order the test and was not carried out under the NHS. I nevertheless thank the doctors and the MRI team for looking after me.
