I got tired of waiting the the NHS to do the right scans to help me heal. So I found MRI scan and saw the reviews and booked. I was seen very fast and got my results very quickly and was given a detailed explanation of my issues. I would recommend and use the the service again of needed.

The site and all staff and doctors were excellent including the actual MRI can recommend. I thought the supplied report, although may have been complete, I found the explanation on the written report difficult to understand, being from a non medical background and not expanded, for me to understand and still in some doubts if I understood properly

Quickly managed too receive a mri on a Friday result back on Monday. Consultant sent report just waiting on images

No issues throughout process. Parking arrangements were very good but I didn't find that out till I actually arrived at site - this was an unnecessary concern. Scan was described as 'MPM Prostrate', rather than the more familiar mpMRI protocol terminology, which it was & it actually includes contrast but again this wasn't clarified till late in the process. Again an unnecessary concern.

The whole process of booking and attending was very good and the staff on the day very helpful and professional. I was expecting a more detailed report. Whereas it doesn’t seem like there is anything to cause concern in my case, it would have been helpful to have some illustrations from the actual scans and some less technical language and conclusions that can be easily understood by the lay person. A copy of the scans and report are being sent to my GP for review after my query concerning this was responded to rapidly and satisfactorily.
