Other than having to chase my booking with my chosen centre, the actual experience on the day was great. Very nice, clean facility, good directions & easy parking. Very friendly staff, who explained everything very well and made me feel relaxed

I got seen quickly and my results came through the next day. I had a follow up phone call going through the results. I don’t think anything could of been done quicker. Everybody was friendly and helpful.

My experience using Scan.com for an MRI scan was excellent. The day I signed up, I chose from their list a scanning site near me that had an available time 3 days later. The Scan doctor phoned me the next day to ensure an MRI was appropriate for me. And the next day the scanning site phoned to say that they had just found an opening that afternoon. So I went to their superb clinic two days earlier than originally planned and had the MRI and next morning received the radiographers' report from them, and a day or two later Scan phoned me to discuss the report. So the whole MRI and report was completed within two days of registering. Superb!

Faultless service. Had no issues at all. Didn't have to wait long for the appointment. Phoned me when they said they would. The radiographer was helpful phoned me to discuss my MRI in good time before and after the appointment. Would definitely use them again.

Vital Scan in MK were really professional and did a great job. They have provided a full report to share with my GP and the consultant has made a recommendation for further treatment to be followed up with the NHS.
