The ease of the website - excellent. Everything explained - excellent. Prices - excellent Waiting time until scan - initially I was not happy as I would be waiting 3 weeks for the scan. I was in agony and thinking I may have a serious condition so waiting that long after paying was a nightmare for me. I spoke to Leoni on the phone who was excellent, caring, polite and professional. She managed to get me an earlier appointment at a different hospital which was a private hospital (I initially booked with an NHS one by accident). The scan was done well by the hospital and I was in and out quickly. I had the scan Thursday and recieved the report Monday, with the photos being sent to me on the Tuesday. All in all despite having to wait longer than I'd have liked, it was a good experience, and I knew if anything went wrong, Leoni would sort it

I am very happy with the service provided my national mri scan. The scan was well worth it to identify why I have a lower back problem, something without diagnosis I have suffered for for years. No I now what I know, I won't waste my time with a Physio. It will be an Osteopath or Chiropractor. Also the support and info I had explaining the findings of the scan, and the actual scan pictures as well. Now I can show these to my GP and whoever is providing me treatrment. as well. Thank you.
