Fast and efficient, everything was completed within approx 2 weeks. The customer service was excellent with all the whole process fully explained and the opportunity to ask questions. Follow up was also excellent to ensure that I was satisfied with the service. A thoroughly food experience.

National MRI have both a simple to use website and an effective follow up call with a nurse practitioner to ensure I ordered the correct scans for my back condition. I've been very happy with both the booking, consultation and post-scan follow ups.

There is nothing wrong with National MRI. Their communication was timely and their report was concise. My appointment was booked and by sheer dumb luck, it was for the day after I booked it! Then my luck ran out. Days of chasing the report, solely down to which hospital you book, 7 days of more pain just waiting. Then 3 weeks later, after more chasing up, I finally received the images. Again, please understand, it is the responsibility of the hospital you book with and not NMRI, all in all a bit of a lottery really. Shameful considering the hospital is the Chaucer in Canterbury. I expected better. Thanks to all at NMRI though.
