I decided to use Scan.com because I thought it will be convenient. I’ve received the assessment call on Monday evening but didn’t receive any booking until Friday. I kept calling them everyday to follow up as I was and I still am in severe discomfort. Called them Friday morning, the agent finally followed up the centre about my booking. Jorja Clinic called me right up and said if I can come soon to do my MRI. Weekend passed and as per the technician I will get the result by Monday evening or Tuesday morning, spoke to them and said they don’t have the result yet. After a while they sent an email with the result. I received the call in the afternoon just to be told that there is no problem with my right hand and if I still having discomfort I might consider doing a right wrist MRI, take note that I just did a right hand MRI. Lesson learned: See a doctor in person so you don’t waste money and time doing MRI and still not resolving the issue.

Consultation with clinician was friendly and unhurried both before and after the scan, and I would recommend the Harley Street hospital too where the staff were excellent.
