The ultra sound radiographer was superb, did a lot more than I expected, had a follow up call from uk scan too

The system worked quickly and effectively. I was kept well informed at each stage. The sonographer was very experienced. The written and verbal information was clear and understandable. The only down side I could not get into Loughborough as I had picked in the time frame suggested. I had paid the money but due to mine & the sonographers holiday constraints i ad to travel over 66 miles each way to be seen. This was not highlighted before i paid the fee.
