Good experience in what is a frightening machine and kind and thoughtful staff. Quick to book and fast results Good price and a MRi and diagnosis I woud have waited a very long time for with the NHS. Well worth paying and getting it over with so I could stop worrying. Thank you

Very easy to book, answered any questions we had. Staff on the day were lovely and results received very quickly.

Had to cancel first date as in hospital 48 hours before. After a phone call the date was to be rearranged as soon as I was able. This was done with great care and professionalism by the lady concerned who went out of her way to help . A much deserved 5 stars. For he service and the speed of the results. I booked an MRI of my hip online, after being fobbed off by my GP for a couple of months. It was an easy booking process, and I received a phone call within a couple of days. This was to take a history and fill out the referral and safety questions, as they have to ensure that the test you are requesting is appropriate. I had my scan done within a couple of weeks and received results by phone within 3 days. Due to there being abnormalities on the scan, I have now been referred to a specialist and have an appointment this week. All in all a great service that I would definitely recommend.

Not as quick as I would of thought but still very good would use again

Scan was efficient but not feedback. After 2 weeks of no feedback I had to contact asking for this. Got a report 2 days later but still no clinician feedback after 3 weeks. A bit disappointing.

Comfortable made to feel at ease and cared for the scan speeded up the work of the consultant and he said the images where very good. Thanks to this scan we have received urgent medical treatment otherwise may not have been aware of the severity of our situation. Money well spent.

Quick, competent, polite and did all I expected at a reasonable price.

I booked and paid for the scan online on the Sunday afternoon and received an email shortly after with my clinician's name. He phoned the following morning with a few questions and within 10 mins of speaking to him I had confirmation of the scan referral. I then received a call two days later with a time and date for a scan near me. I had the scan the following a Monday and test results on the following day with images, a written report and a call from the clinician explaining the findings and next steps. Brilliant service. Money well spent.

Honestly this service saved my life. After repeatedly being told for years i was too young for an mri or to have a serious back injury by the gp. I decided to go through this service, the clinician emma rang me straight away referred me for the mri and within a few days it was booked. After the mri I was told i needed immediate surgery and it took the gp 12 hours to inform me of this whereas Emma rang me straight away and advised me to go A&E and was really reassuring and supportive at an extremely difficult time. All the doctors at A&E told me how using this service was the best thing i ever did. Such a fast efficient and useful service honestly the best 300 pounds i ever spent. Would recommend this service to anyone over and over again.

We decided to not listen to our GP ( he was suggesting early onset dementia) … we privately paid £289 for a brain scan. My husband is 52, the MRI showed a mass 9x6cm… our world turned upside down. Surgery has been done at the fabulous Walton Centre and radiotherapy at clatterbridge, Liverpool…all to try and exceed life expectancy of a year. What would have happened and where would we be if this MRI service was not available to us. The nurses on the 2nd Feb 2022 ( at a mobile unit at a rugby club car park in Preston) were amazing ( would really like to track them down) along with the dr on the other end of the phone… their care, attentiveness and promptness was exceptional. Unfortunately my husband’s prognosis is not good. My only wish is, that last summer I hadn’t listened to the GP and had this MRI scan earlier.

Fast and efficient

Wish I'd have done this sooner! I have been contemplating getting a private lumbar MRI more a few years now as the NHS won't/can't provide one unless your circumstances (physiologically) are extreme. I did a google search and this was the first one I came to that was closest to me. It was easy to book and the communications were swift and clear. The MRI itself was a simple procedure but on discovering I have claustrophobia, the radiographer (who was excellent, reassuring and very kind) switched the entry so I could be feet first to enable me to withstand the procedure. Post scan communications were also quick and decisive. I have received the report and also the actions I need to take to follow up with the NHS. For the £310 (which isn't inaccessible to the average earner), I cannot recommend this enough, even if its just for peace of mind. I wish I had have done it sooner but I am grateful for the professionalism and accuracy of everyone I dealt with during this process. Thank you.

Appointment was late due to a previous customer attending late. The staff couldn't apologise enough even though it was not their fault. The whole process was explained and they constantly checked on my progress throughout great service.

SCAN found another site not too far away where we got an earlier appointment than locally which was needed in view of the back pain I was suffering. Staff on site were friendly and helpful.
