Absolutely fantastic service, scanned on Monday evening and consultant rang with results on Friday and advised me on what treatment to get. Was a bit wary about using a private scan company but so glad I did, best money I’ve ever spent. Would definitely use again if I ever needed to. Consultant was a lovely knowledgeable man and a pleasure to talk too.
It was a fairly simple process and good that it included the consultant pre & post scan. It wasn’t quite as quick as suggested on the website, it looked like I’d be able to get the scan done the same week but after I paid I was sent the process which is 2-3 days for the call with the consultant and then 5-7 days after that for the scan. I feel that this information should be made available up front. That said, it is still lightening fast compared to the NHS and if I’d known about those timescales in the first place I would have been happy with them.
