Excellent service. I was contacted by a doctor within 24 hours and was offered the MRI the following week. Phoned with results a day or so later. Very pleased, thank you.

Booked my scan at weekend and on the following Monday got a call with an appointment same morning. Scan completed with an hour of arriving & my results emailed a couple days later. Fabulous service would recommend to anyone needing a scan & does not want to wait for NHS appointment.

I booked and paid for a scan online on a Wednesday night. The following day I received a call from a clinician who, after discussing things with me, said she would put the referral through. Less than thirty minutes later I heard from the selected scanning centre and booked an appointment for Saturday morning. On the following Monday I received the radiography report and had a further discussion with the clinician again, who had been extremely helpful throughout. So, all things considered an excellent and speedy process.

Very easy to book, fast (most important!), professional. I would recommend the service to everyone!

My scan at the chosen site was set up very quickly. Can’t fault the booking process. Scan was carried out professionally. The scan results were extremely detailed. Very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Everything went to plan and exactly how it was described on the National MRI Scan web site.

So easy to use to get an MRI scan promptly. No referral letter required - a doctor calls you, asks questions and then decides if it is an MRI scan you require. Doctor said there is a waiting list for MRI's and it could be two months upwards.

Fantastic service. Very quick turn around from application through to receiving results. Friendly and approachable staff. I'd definitely recommend to anyone needing an MRI quickly.

I needed to be seen quickly as a report was wanted by the physio before they dared to carry out any remedial procedures. The response from National MRI was better than expected after complete prevarication thru NHS. From the appointment to arrange the scan, to receiving the images and report from a technician, who was at pains to explain the diagnosis in plain language, and supply the written report, it was seamless and prompt. I can't fault them and am pleased i chose them for this service; i would use them again (but hope not to have to).

We received an excellent service from Scan.com. Not only did we receive detailed MRI images, soon after the scan, but also an extremely useful detailed written report of relating to the underlying condition.

Scan.com have been everything I hoped for. Following a call from their Clinician, I got a very quick appointment, literally a couple of days later. The scan was done by Opus at Ascot and was great. A clinician called me a few days layer and explained the results of the scan very clearly. The results were sent directly to my consultant, and slso to me. An incredibly professional organisation, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Excellent process, after a year of being told I am fine by doctors I booked a scan and turned out there is quite a serious issue with my back. Grateful for scan.com for explaining the results to me only 48 hours after the scan and sending all the info to my GP. Great service will definitely use again.
