I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately i have still been unable to access the files via the portal and have not had a response as to whether the files have been sent successfully to my consultant. I would however like to thank Leoni for her prompt responses and trying to fix the issue. The clinician Jasper was also very helpful when contacting me with the results verbally.
