This was a straight forward process from the start. Helpful staff who were non judgemental. I had been in excruciating pain. And thanks to National MRI i can now present doctors with the facts. Hopefully i will not be fobbed off again as there was an actual problem with spine. The self referral was a God send As i had been sent to A & E twice. I would recommend this service to anyone. Thank you.

I had leg pain for two years. I was going to see a doctor just as the pandemic hit which obviously then didn't happen. Concerned about the wait time with the NHS I choose to book with National MRI Scan. I had a call from an Emma Ross Osteopathy shortly after my submission who was able to correct my scan location request to my lower back rather than my leg. It turned out that I had a slipped disc. The ladies who saw me for the scan were also lovely. It's worth the cost for quick and efficient advice.

Excellent service from friendly staff. Went to the mobile unit at Sleaford. Arrived very early but they did their best to fit me in early and managed to get finished before I was meant to start. Everything explained well and a good experience overall.

The staff were very helpful ,the actual scan and associated staff 1 st class The written report very fast to recieve and extremely explanatory. Only disappointment was neither i or Doctor were able to download scan without 3rd party assistance. That said all went well after that difficulty. All in all 1st class service

Clear website, easy to understand, referral process simple, venue convenient for me easy to identify, on site staff friendly but professional, made at ease by their manner and explanations. Regular updates by email, text or phone. Clear information. Result notified promptly and explained. Excellent provision and service.

The appointment booking time was shorter then expected. But the mri took far longer then advised. However clinicians were lovely and made me feel as comfortable as possible given I hate tunnels and was very nervous. Results came a few days later and clinicians rang and explained in detail and plain English what was wrong.

I needed an MRI Scan done asap for an emergency surgery and the waiting time for one on the NHS was incredibly long, even for emergency patients. I booked an MRI Scan with National MRI and had a scan done within days! This managed to save me a lot of time and suffering waiting on the NHS waiting list. Recently, I was admitted into A&E at my local hopsital for agonising pain that was related to the surgery I required. They wanted to see my MRI Scan results before making any decisions as to how to deal with the pain. Unfortunately, I wasn't expecting to recieve the scan results for 1-2 more days, but I gave National MRI a call and they went the extra mile to help me in obtaining all my results and the clinician's report that day, so that I could finally be looked after at my hospital. The amount of hard work they put into getting my results to me that day as quickly as possible for me after hearing of the situation I was in truly made my day and it's thanks to them I was able to finally get a diagnosis and get the ball rolling in me recieving the surgery I need so badly. I cannot recommend them enough!

Hello I had booked MRI scan for both knees the price was good comparing to others, I think the booking should have been quicker it took them over 2 weeks to book me, otherwise excellent communication from beginning to end

First visit, was nervous but staff were helpful and friendly. A slight issue with the scanner but all was sorted out.

Fast and efficient and not over priced.

Generally very good. Able to discuss results with the doctor on the telephone. The scan was arranged quickly and the results followed swiftly. There was no assistance in getting up onto the MRI table (although not required with me). The simplified report included underlined medical terms that could be clicked on to explain further - this was appreciated as it improved the understanding.

Great from start to finish

The scan was efficiently done and carried out. I had a struggle getting the data to down load, but got there in the end. The road directions to site in Sleaford could be a lot better.
