I injured my back, having no idea what I'd done and not thinking of going to A&E, I spoke to a physiotherapist at my doctor's surgery, was told I'd most likely pulled a muscle and given exercises, I wasn't impressed. After a couple of days, I knew I needed to get an MRI, so I found Scan.com. The booking process was easy, I found my nearest, most convenient location and requested and paid for my scan. I was contacted the following day by my clinician and then later, by the facility I'd chosen, and I had a scan booked for two days after that, much quicker than expected. I had my scan and was told I'd get my result in a week, one week later, I received a message that the results were back and my clinician contacted me the following day to explain my report. I've downloaded my report and images after some initial difficulties and passed those on to my GP. Well worth the money as I've actually got a compression fracture, now I can make an informed decision what to do next. If you are worried about an injury and you can afford it, just get your MRI done, I'm very glad I did. Scan.com was quick and efficient
