The staff were friendly and professional and David who performed my scan was amazing. He took the time to talk me through each process and can’t praise him enough for his excellent customer service.
Excellent service. Within 24 hours, I had a consultation and two MRI scans done. Everyone was very efficient and supportive, in particular during the MRI.
I had a contrast CT scan yesterday the 9th September, Dr shah, the radiologists and nursing team were absolutely first class. Brilliant quick and very efficient. Had my results by 11am next morning .cannot thank everyone enough. Highly recommend if you need answers very quickly. From the bottom of mine and my family's heart, thank you so much.
Very good first experience at Hampton Hospital, from entering the reception which was clean, fresh and quite relaxing. The receptionists were very friendly and polite and explained the paperwork etc. The Consultant was very nice and thorough as was the lovely nurse. Would definitely recommend this hospital for fast appointments and treatment. Even rang a taxi for me and offered to bring me a drink while waiting for it. Thank you!!
My search for a reasonably priced CT Scan not too far from home led me to stumble across The Hamptons. Great communication and swift responses from Tara resulted in me having the scan within a day of starting my search. Can't fault the reception staff and the radiographer. If the results are sent to my consultant within the promised 24 hr window, my happiness will be complete and The Hamptons will be my first port of call for any future self-funded diagnostic imaging.
