Alliance Medical – West Middlesex University Hospital

Once ordered my MRI scan was quickly arranged (within 7days). I spoke to a lovely doctor to confirm I actually required an MRI. My actual appointment at the hospital was handled politely and professionally. My only moan was that I had to chase up my results after waiting for about ten days. I was originally promised my results within 5 days. Overall a very good service.

Very happy had scan after a few days received my report and was also able to view the images amazing much better than my previous experience with LYCA HEALTH wich was awful.

I would like to share my pleasant experience to everyone. I was really unwell and I find this Hospital with unbelievable staff :very helpful, polite, I find a perfect team Doctors and nurses with really high professionalism .I share to my family and friends this experience and recommend this place as ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you!!!

I opted for a scan plus a phone consultation with a doctor before and after. The initial consultation, scan and feedback happened within a week and all staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed by the written report on my scan, which offered interactive explanations of medical terms.

After confirming my appointment which was scheduled for the 19/10/2024 @08:30am. I turned up at the exact time only to find that they had booked and replaced me with another patient. I had to wait until the patient who had replaced me completed their scan and then mine done after. I still feel angry up to today especially with two receptionists and the manager who were on duty that morning. I have spoken to my Solicitor about the incident and am waiting for his advise to see which way forward.

Didn't have to wait, seen straight awa, very professional and courteous radiologist. Made to feel comfortable and relaxed.

I was a bit wary at first because I've never booked anything like this on line before but reading reviews on trust pilot seemed pretty genuine to me, it was very easy to do, I was sent an Email telling me who would be getting in touch with me in a couple a days. I got a call from Mark the next day, he went through everything with me checking my symptoms to make sure I was getting the correct part of my body Scanned and explained what would happen next.The next day I got another call from a nurse checking my medical history and arranging a date for me to have the scan which was sooner than what was on offer on line.Everyone I saw at the hospital was very nice and helpful,not rushing me and helping me as I'm not too mobile at the moment. I got a call back from Mark a few days later with my results which he went through with me and advised me what to do next.It was money well spent as things had been found which I wasn't being treated for. The whole experience was very easy from start to finish and if your not happy with your current treatment this is a good option to take and you can pay by instalments.
