Very efficient service from booking through to scan also afterwards when the written scan results are explained. Found the scan images difficult to download though.

I was looking to have a scan done on my lower back/hip and found your website. I was able to make a booking without a referral from my GP. The booking process was simple to use from choosing the scan I wanted and the location. The search result gave several venues and the prices. When I completed my booking I received a call to discuss why I wanted a scan and from there the booking was made at the venue I'd chosen for the following week. After the scan I received a link which gave me access to the scanner images. That was followed with a follow up phonemail and a report detailing what the scan revealed. All together it was a brilliant service. Thank you.

Had sholder pain for 6 month DR was giving me the run a round so Booked a private scan got a call with a cancellation the next day, 3 days from when i filled out yhe form and paid I'm scanned, so easy got the MRI report + a written one more than happy, will be back for full body scan soon, Why not its that easy.

Had a buzzing in my ear and ENT was 18 month waiting list. Private was too expensive and they would have only sent me here anyway. Wanted to make sure it wasn't anything sinister. Booked online, paid online, got a phone call and got booked in. Took about 30 mins to scan and a couple of days later got the result. I got a report back and imaged and someone talked me through them. Im not going to drop dead, so all is happy and happy to wait for my ENT appointment now.
