The application process was straightforward and easy to complete. I received a call from a doctor/consultant within hours of completing the form and my need for scans was confirmed. A referral was made to the scanning centre of my choice and my scans were completed within 3 working days. Unfortunately, I missed the first follow-up call from the doctor, but as promised, he called me again the following evening to discuss the results. The report was then available to me online for reading and download. The "Scanslated" feature in the reports is particularly useful as it provides interactive explanations of the technical medical terminology. Throughout the process, each step was completed well within the Scan.com published service levels Overall, an excellent service at a reasonable price.
