excellent service with professional speedy results

Easy process. Paid online and received a call within 2 hours to discuss referral. Passed over to the hospital of choice and arranged MRI. Results back 7 days later. Pleased with service.

Smooth process, and quick results once scan had been done, but not as quick as the advertised lead time. Original order placed on 27/05/21, scan didn't happen until 21/06/21 (advert claimed 1-2 weeks, actual 3 1/2 weeks). Otherwise very pleased with the service.

Very kind and caring apart from the reception staff who were very rude

the process was friendly efficient and felt safe. the results were ready the next day. We had difficulty loading the results so they sent us a disc as well. It was disappointing that once we accessed the results we were not able to send them to the GP or anyone else. We were sent someones results also with our own which was a little concerning.

A very smoothly and efficiently ran experience, I was booked in for 7pm told to arrive at 6.45pm, rang to let them know I was there, 6.50pm I was taken in and seen buy two very friendly nurses (Dawn & Sean), who explained everything.I was back in my car at 7.25pm.....very impressed.

Had an MRI of my lumbar back. Staff very caring whilst having scan, organisation very efficient. Received my results/images very quickly and being able to discuss them with a clinician the day after was very useful. Overall a very good efficient service

I found the National MRI website very easy to use and understand and submitted my referral easily. A consultant rang me to discuss my symptoms and confirm which scan would be most appropriate. I then received an appointment letter from the scan location I had chosen. On the day of the scan I attended and had my scan on time. All appropriate Covid-19 measures were taken at the scan. I was called 2 days later by the initial consultant I had spoken to, who talked me through the results before sending the report to myself and my GP. I received excellent service from start to finish.
