The staff in reception were friendly. The staff in MRI were very friendly and helpful. I was anxious to have 3 MRI’s one after the other with having a bad back. They made me feel at ease, moved the bed out after every MRI and helped me get off the bed to allow me to move and stretch my back. Nothing was too much trouble and was really appreciated.

I really appreciated the music that played through the headphones I was wearing during the MRI scan. It was a welcome distraction from the noise of the machine!
