I recently had an MRI scan on my knee, I was able to get an appointment immediately and the whole process was very straight forward, the staff were fantastic, I subsequently contacted them to get a copy of my scan and report and they couldn't have been more helpful and efficient.

Everyone was kind and helpful, we had to rearrange for an MRI at Leeds but this was done with care, kindness and efficiency.

Nice bright and airy modern premises, everyone was so friendly and polite, especially Andy the radiographer who put me at ease and made double sure I was comfortable without rushing and explained the procedure in a friendly professional way. I got the impression that he really enjoyed his work. Having the MRI scan was no problem at all. Also there was ample free parking for patients. 10/10 to everyone involved.
