BMI Bishops Wood Hospital

I am going to try and be really fair because the service I received was very hit and miss. It started well and I liked that a GP referral was not required. After the day of the scan, it was downhill from there really. It has taken a lot of chasing and almost 4 weeks to get everything fully resolved and a link to a portal that actually works so I could view the images (thank you Jasper!). It seems you may not get a call back if they say the results are ok. So even if you want to discuss/double-check something, don’t expect this to happen. The wording in the web should really be updated to reflect this. In the current times, when people are possibly more concerned about health-related matters than ever, this company feels like a real let-down and taking advantage. Almost had to get my bank involved. I probably wouldn’t use again or recommend, but would just say if others do decide to go for it, I only hope they have more positive outcomes than I did.
