Delighted with the service. Shame that nowadays we are being forced to go private due to the NHS being underfunded. That said national MRI came to my rescue. I waited 2 weeks for an appointment and had results within 5 days and that was taking Easter Weekend into account. I emailed with a couple of queries 're medical terminology and Emma explained to me all that I needed to know. Also suggested that I ask my GP for a orthopaedic referral to a consultant as had already tried 12 sessions of physio prior to having the scan. Fantastic customer service and a much cheaper option in order to avoid costly private consultations with consultants.
