Initially everything went fine. I had the MRI booked and done within the appropriate time-frames. However, it took 2 weeks and 4 phone calls for me to get a result. Apparently, the scanning centre did not send them the scan (not really my problem and I should not have to chase 4 times after paying a large sum for the scan). The wrong ear was also reported on. I am not sure what had happened there (maybe miscommunication during the initial assessment); I would have liked to have firmer reassurance that both ears were looked at (I know both were scanned).
