Everyone was very kind and caring, couldn't have wished for better treatment.
I felt safe with your service, and that I’d done something positive. The pre-consultation, the scan, the post-consultation, and the communication all the way through - I cannot complain at all.
Scan.com’s team and the scanning centre’s team came back when they said they would. And on top of that, they didn’t have to offer me an earlier slot than the one I’d chosen, but they did it anyway. So there's another standout point. Excellent service there.
