My appointment went perfect. I was greeted in a lovely reception then shown where to wait before my Mri scan. An extremely polite gentleman then showed me to the scanning room where he asked all the relevant questions before showing me onto the scanner with so much understanding of my acute injury. The whole experience was a deserved 5*.
