Good service

The MRI scan was on time and I didn't have to wait. The staff were courteous and explained everything that was going to happen and took care of me. The results were very prompt and the software was downloaded easily to view the images.

Needed to try find out what was going on in one of my legs as my physio was stumped. The MRI pricing was easy to follow and to arrange. After booking, confirmed a few details over the phone and booked an appointment shortly after that. Everything was explained clearly on the day by the staff and I received images + report within a couple of days. While the report suggested no issue, I have the images to show anyone I want as these can be downloaded along with the software required to view them. Really simple process with a quick turn around.

If you're wondering if a mobile van can be as good as a hospital, then wonder no more - it is. I was invited in promptly, and being the only patient in the unit it feels very safe. Everything had been disinfected. I received my scans the next day, and the report two days later. A very efficient, friendly service.

The whole process was clear and easy. Emails and phone calls were kept to the time scale laid along with the consultation before the procedures. Procedure results were by phone initially and the full results links were by email to download the results.

TOOK LONGER THAN I THOUGHT TO INITIALLY GET THE SCAN FROM FIRST PAYING BUT THIS WAS MAYBE DOWN TO US PICKING A SPECIFIC SCAN LOCATION.ONCE THE SCAN WAS COMPLETE EVERYTHING WAS SO EFFICIENT AS IN DAYS FOR IMAGES AND RESULTS. EVERYONE WAS SO PROFFESIONAL . GREAT ADVICE WAS GIVEN OVER THE PHONE GREAT SERVICE. WOULD USE AGAIN

Very quick and easy to organise the appointment. Got emailed my images the next day with the report following about 4 days later, with a phone call to explain everything about it. Overall excellent service, and worth the money to get seen quickly rather than wait for months on the nhs for a scan.

Excellent. The scan was within 2 weeks of my formal application. The staff were fine. Both results and very helpful report within a further week. Scan quality excellent. Any queries swiftly answered and costs very reasonable for such a quality service

Took a little bit longer to get my appointment sorted than I thought it would. Was expecting more than a 1 page(about 5 lines) report! Actual scan was easy and straightforward.

It was very easy to arrange an MRI scan using this company. They had a choice of suitable venues. The team at the scanner were friendly and helpful. Results arrived quickly within 48hrs shortly followed by the images to download. Overall an excellent experience which I would thoroughly recommend. Well worth the 5 star rating.

Good service

Booked online - contacted within a couple of days and MRI completed a few days later. Report received within a few days. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Can’t fault in any way and even got a lovely day out in Penrith.

Professional fast efficient service with good communication throughout, highly recommended

From the initial contact to the receipt of the report I could not fault the service and had a very positive experience from start to finish. Application, referral, booking, payment, location, telephone contact, instructions for the day all were extremely easy to complete and understand. Paperwork was straightforward. Report arrived very swiftly by email and followed up by telephone call from very helpful consultant. One issue was downloading of scan images, our Apple Mac couldn’t load them, but should be able to send on to any professional if required. Staff carrying out the scan were lovely, made the whole process as easy as possible. Many thanks and I’d definitely recommend, in fact I already have!

Impressive service, both from National MRI and their associate scanning service SG Radiology in Penrith. Extremely quick turnaround of results, receiving the scanned images the day after the scan and the specialist report a few days later.
