In our opinion , a copy of the actual scan should have been included with the report … so how do we obtain a copy of the scan itself ?

Good experience. Worth the price for peace of mind. GP recommended an urgent MRI. The regular process of seeing a specialist would have added time that I did not have. The GP showed me scan.com in their pc at the surgery and recommended I book a private scan directly to save time. I paid £370 for an MRI the next day, and I got the results 2 days later. I had to ring both the scan provider and scan.com to push the process through, because in the small print it says it can take up to 7 days, and the booking system is not live. A doctor from scan.com rings you with the results about 2 days after the scan and talks you through them.

Really great service. Got me in very quickly and also got the results given to me by phone on the same day as the scan, immediately followed by the written report. Flawless really.
Was a little slow considering you're waiting for serious results. Was disorganised and a bit chaotic. I wasn't going to say it,but as your reply was quite rude,my appointment was 3pm and they said they were 15 minutes late. Then after 30 minutes, tool me downstairs and I got changed only for the man to tell LIES saying the previous patient was still there,but the women came and said no,the machine has broke down. Had to wait another HOUR for the Scan,you are RESPONSIBLE as you are the AGENT and were paid a lot of money.

Overall good service. A bit chaotic to confirm appointment after speaking to the Doctor I never got confirmation for appointment slot I had booked online. After emailing back various times during a weekend, I finally got a call back on Monday was rebooked four days later. Overall good service. Got results emailed to me very promptly.

Harley Street consultants were empathetic to need, very welcoming, professional ethics. The report and doctors response to scan was quick . However, I feel I may need clarification from Neurologist. Overall great service. Will use Harley Street in near future.
