Really useful service as getting referred through nhs surgery was proving challenging. Results through in good time, struggled with accessing the images due to personal IT set-ups but the written report and phone call clarifying the results were well received.

National MRI were excellent from the beginning. Appointment was easily arranged and very soon after my initial enquiry. The scan process was well managed and everything went smoothly. Correspondence and communications were exactly as described. I have all the scan images and report and I am able to take matters further from here. The cost of the whole exercise was well worth the outlay and saved an incredible amount of time by acting privately. Thank you so much.

Very quick service. It would not let me download my results but i did get a report sent to me a few days later telling me all was ok so was happy with that. Fast helpful staff would i use again yes

Efficiently and quickly arranged. All instructions very clearly presented. MRI carried out under superb conditions. Staff friendly and cheerful. Consultations prior to and after scan were very helpful and reassuring. The pre-scan consultation helped me make the correct decision as to which part of the body to scan, which proved to be absolutely correct. Results of MRI arrived in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend National MRI Scan and would not hesitate to use them again.

Great service from beginning till the end report , Friendly people on the phone then on arrival and super friendly gentleman that did the scan explaining everything and reassuring me at the same time , only about 10 mins in the scanner ( only bad thing was they played queen in my headphones and I really don’t like that music ��) other than that a very quick and easy process ! Thank you .

I had to wait a bit longer than I had expected for my MRI scan but otherwise (i) extremely prompt and professional service leading up to the appointment itself, (ii) scanning centre was conveniently located and I was well looked-after and (iii) I received my report just a couple of working days afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

I arranged an MRI scan of my knee through National MRI which cost less than going directly to the company who did the scan. They also arranged for an osteopath to discuss my symptoms and he did the referral. This was done in a few days and included in the price along with the report.

My experience at Somerset MRI was professional. I did not have to wait, and once in the cubicle a bit scared as I am slightly claustrophobic, but the clinician was talking to me through my scans, so did not feel to bad. I was then contacted two days later by Mark, and advised that I have 2 x tears in my shoulder and my rotator cuff. Now I have been contacted by the OASIS team, and have a telephone appt with Sarah on 7 April 2022. Thank you

Wish I had known about National MRI Scan a lot earlier. My GP did not believe I had any issues, told me to go home on Otc pain relief, see whatever chiropractor I cared to pay for and not to trouble her with the Problem again for at least 2 months. As i sat , in pain, having waited 6 weeks for the appointment, add in the, probably, 4 months of more waiting, physio, pain relief and now rest, I reiterated my symptoms of upper back pain, radiating around my chest, like a tight band of pain preventing the taking of a deep breath, asking her, was she not concerned. She was not and refused either to refer or arrange any images. And literally showed me the door. I went home booked a private consult at the Nuffield health with a spine surgeon, rang National MRI Scan for a chat for reassurance, then I booked the scan, the service was brilliant the telephone consult, any questions , contact right up to the scan. The scan was on Fri 10th Jun, Sunday came the phone call, after lunch, "Hi, I'm a radiography looking at your images , you have a compressed spine and go to A and E now. " I travelled while he phoned and sent images , it was a huge spinal tumour!! I await huge surgery, paralysis and end of life care So I reserved the last point of merit because I just wish I had known about National MRI Scan earlier. My GP has still not contacted me...

This was an entirely efficient and professional process from start to finish. My physio got the ball rolling by requesting an MRI scan online, with me present. Within an hour I had confirmation that a clinician would contact me in 24-48 hours. In fact he called me almost as soon as I had read the email! A few hours later I had confirmation that the MRI unit would contact me within 5-7 working days to confirm an appointment time. Only 3 days later (on a Friday) I was phoned and offered an appointment for the following Monday. The scan experience was excellent. All staff were friendly, reassuring and highly efficient. Two days later I had an email telling me my clinician was reviewing the scan report and that I would receive a copy in 1-2 working days. Again, the clinician called me that same day to explain the findings. I then received the report and the MRI images (along with clear explanations of how to view them on my computer) the same day too. So, just 8 days from first booking to receiving a full scan report and images, with clear advice on what to do next - I cannot recommend this enough! Thanks to everyone involved. PS My physio was also mightily impressed.
