Great service. Prompt and very straight forward. Got a very comprehensive report after the scan too. Well worth the money instead of waiting months for the NHS.

Had an MRI with this company there are pros and cons. Pros quick appointment time within a few weeks, not far destination, great hospital. Cons booking on the site for a scan can be difficult especially for your back as there different scans upper back lower back neck etc so I had to book a few as I was t sure where the problem was. Also doctor removed one scan I never had a refund for that. Also doctor was a bit abrupt in the phone. I am a paying customer. Also scan photos did not come through so I had to ring them a week later to state this. And then it took another week for the photos they were delivered on a disc. Overall I would book again if I needed to as it us much quicker than going through your own GP. You can’t put a price on your health and well-being.
Arranged the scan and it was done quickly would use again.

Fantastic service, got my results the next day, it is impossible to improve on that. With the NHS is was about 3 weeks of agony waiting. Favourable results or not, to get them the next day is quite incredile. i honestly couldn`t recommend this company enough.

I simply can't recommend this company enough. Honestly if you are having any concerns with any part of your body please don't hesitate any longer. I had 3 months of head aches, neck ache, dizziness and nausea. My GP said he thought I had started to suffer from migraines but would speak to a neurologist for advise. I knew it wasn't migraines but when the GP came back to me he said the neurologist advised I had a mood disorder even though I'm so bubbly I resemble a Mint aero bar. I asked for a scan but he said with my symptoms although he would like me to have one the lack of machines and pressure of the NHS, along with my displaying symptoms I wouldn't be a candidate. I took the plunge and booked with Scan.com. I thought it would be so much more then I paid for a neck and head MRI. From the minute I booked on line I needed to change the hospital I had picked as I found another hospital with a shorter waiting time and it was absolutely no fuss for the team at Scan.com at all. They simply called me back, altered the payment and re booked me. 3 months and 7 appointments with the Dr's getting nowhere and within one week of booking I had had my initial consultation, my scan and my results. I went to St Joseph's hospital in Newport and I was treated like I was staying in a hotel. The staff were incredible and were waiting fro me on arrival even though I was early. 48 hrs and my results were back. I had an initial call from a consultant who kindly called me back several times as the phone line kept cutting out as I was on a train. She went on to explain the results of my scan and then reassured me that I would now receive two reports and an additional image email, one would be the basic report and one would be the report again but would come with hyperlinks on it where ever word would be highlighted and when I pressed on it it would explain each word in simple man's terms. The image email would be all my scan images including a video to show what was going on in my neck. The exceptional care I received nearly brought me to tears several times. The 3 months had taken such a strain going back and forth to the Dr's and the worry of what was happening. The results came back to show I had major issues with my neck which in the long run may require surgery and went on to explain all the symptoms that I was experiencing were common with my condition. So no mood disorder! If I hadn't had a scan when I did who knows the damage I could have done in the long run. Scan. Com Thank You!! Your customer service, care and respect all the way through has been priceless and thank you for creating a simple mans report which even a person who suffers from dyslexia could understand in detail from the first read. Couldn’t have asked for a better service! I originally booked an ultrasound querying if my endometriosis had returned. The person that called me consult suggested I have an MRI instead as it would be better quality. This was the best decision! They found me a scan at a similar price & ensured I was booked in asap. The talk through the results with a consultant was very thorough & truly helped. An amazing service & I’d 100% use them again, without hesitation!
