Excellent and totally professional Got me in quickly and the procedure was explained from start to finish. Worth every penny. Sped things up after getting the results but still need to get the findings sorted out. (P.S. not a fan of TP as they won’t post negative feedback so you know this one is real)

After years of suffering from a bad back and getting nowhere with my doctor even when asking if I can get a scan on multiple occasions to rules anything out, to be told " I can't see that showing anything" I finally decided to go private and sort one out myself. I found National MRI Scans and all I can say is they've been brilliant. I filled in the registration form Thursday night at 11.30pm, consultation call on Saturday, MRI Centre called on the Monday morning, booked in for the scan Thursday ( images provided on CD for my personal copy) after scan and then I had the results on the Monday. This is where I found I've got Disc Degeneration Disease and slight bulging of my lower discs. All in all just over 7 days, absolutely brilliant service and I only wish I found this service earlier. A massive thank you to all their staff. As now I finally have the answers.

I am really impressed at the service I have received. I wish I had heard about you before as I have had to spend a lot of money by seeing a consultant privately to get a scan orthorised. I had two scans, a CT and an MRI scan and for each scan to get the results I had to book an appointment with the consultant which cost me £200 each time!

Excellent Service. Helpful Reception Staff. Good Explanations of Procedure on the phone and confirmation of appointment by text and e-mail. Able to fill in healthcheck form after downloading from an e-mail attachment. Following scan I was given a CD of the scan and then an e-mail report of findings by the Consultant Radiologist a few days later.

The appointment was very quick and the service thorough. I would recommend to friends wishing to seek advice on their medical condition.

I was late for my appointment as my phone died but when I got there they still sorted me out promptly. Was given the discs with the images before I left. Follow up phone call was within a couple of days. Great service.

Very impressed with the whole process. I booked an appointment 3pm Tuesday 10th January, I took a call from a consultant around 4pm for the referral. At 5pm I got a call from the scanning centre in Droitwich for an appointment on Thursday 12th. The scan went well and on time and I walked away with the details on a CD, On Wednesday 18th I received another call from the consultant to review my scan and give advice going forward, I also received an email from the consultant with a report. Excellent service and value for money.

Swift response to the referral .A call from a health professional to assess if a scan was necessary.Appointment offered quickly .Straightforward process . The report was provided in time (and a head of the timeframe they stipulate) this has been very helpful and my health care professional within the NHS was able to alter the treatment pathway .I would recommend this service I just wish I’d found scan.com earlier !
