Their procedure was not followed correctly. It became necessary for me to contact them, as they did not contact me in the time frame stated in their email to. Furthermore their procedure states that I would receive a call, before I received the scan report. This procedure was not followed. I received the report before the phone call. A call before sending the report is there to prevent a non clinical client becoming anxious or perhaps distressed by reading what they are unable to understand. Fortunately, I am a retired clinician, so no harm done. ON THIS OCCASION.
