Impressed with the service, although took a while to get an appointment after paying the money up front. 3 weeks later got the scan locally and received a phone call explaining the results on bank holiday Monday which I didn’t expect. It’s good to know what is wrong and the scan gives you that answer. Thanks, would use again.

Would recommend this service.once I’d gone on line and paid for my MRI scan I was in within a couple of weeks.once I’d had my scan I got my results the next day.I then went to my doctors with the results and I got fast tracked straight into Yorkshire clinic paid for by the NHS.worth every penny paying private for my scan.

After 2 years of constant back pain I was informed that I didn't have any disc trouble by the NHS MSK service, their reason for stating this was that my pain didn't go far enough down my legs and they wouldn't refer me for a scan. I contacted National MRI who provided me with an excellent service. I had my first consultation with Tania, who was very helpful, she informed me of the processes and phoned me after my scan to discuss the results. The scan revealed that I had three bulging discs with one of them touching the nerve. The National MRI provided me with a copy of my results to take to my GP. They are reasonably priced and I would highly recommend.

The whole process was quick and problem free. I received a local appointment within 10 days or so of my enquiry and I actually got my scan results from the excellent Dr Latif the same evening!

I was overall very happy with my experience with National MRI Scan. The scan itself went very smoothly and professionally, and I received my results within 3 days along with images, the report, and a telephone chat to ask any questions about the report. The reason I had the scan was for a sports injury for which I was not offered an MRI with the NHS, and the scan results have been very helpful for the private physiotherapist that I’ve since referred myself to. My only small issue was that it took longer than expected for the date of my scan to be sent, so it took about a week longer to get it than the projected wait. But as soon as I chased up with a phone call, they were in touch again the same day with a date. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to arrange, timely appointment, easy to access. Staff were professional, results came within days as stated and the lady who talked me through the report spoke not in jargon and technical terms but in language I understood, furthermore she was empathic and understanding.

Thank you so much for offering this service, i have had back problems going back over twenty years but this flairup was going on too long and all i was getting from the doctors were tablets which didn't agree with me and after being told by a fellow sufferer that they had been waiting three months for a scan and i had been in pain two months already i decided to look into my options on line and i am so glad i did, within ten days i had had my scan and got my results and was sent all the information i needed to put my mind at rest that i had nothing serious wrong, i can't tell you how grateful i am for this service you offer it has been a life changer for me. The staff at the unit were wonderful, very kind, helpful and patient with me and made me feel at ease,i would definately advise anyone to go down this root if they needed a quick result for whatever is affecting their wellbeing, thank you so much, Sheila Goodchild, age 74.

The whole experience of having the scan was interesting and very well managed. The follow up telephone consultation was helpful. In general the admin side was good but it would build confidence if the people giving the scan were aware of the follow up procedure. They said they just didn’t know. This made the service feel rather disjointed. But in general thank you for a good service.

I felt immensely well looked after. Leoni really went above and beyond to sort out an early appointment and to make me feel cared for. Such a change from dealing with the cold incompetent NHS!!. And Ollie really helped to find a MRI location near to where I lived.This was all supported by an excellent backroom team, including Doctors and Radiologists. Despite my uncertainty about going private, I simply could not wait the expected time period for a scan, so I researched, and chose The National MRI Scan. The booking process was very easy, there are plenty of centres available, and following payment I awaited an appointment.... The appointment followed very quickly and a friendly telephone consultation assured me of the process. The scan was done in a friendly professional manner, and I received the scans digitally within days, followed by a very descriptive report AND a friendly telephone conversation with a professional who explained the report in more understandable terms. I definitely recommend the service.

Have, and always will use this company for self-refer MRIs', complete transparency on costs and prices, also availability of the type of scan required. Kate and Leoni extremely capable, quick to reply and really go beyond the call of what could be expected of them. Missed speaking to Jasper Nassim, though he has brought in new very experienced referring clinicians as the business has excelled. A small firm but with a major impact, and never forgets its' key mission to deliver a clinically responsible service whilst obtaining really competative and reasonable prices in the Imaging market and making them accessable for the customer - putting them in control of their medical needs and information. I was glad I emailed and chatted to Kate on the phone and would recommend doing so. Only gripe would be... I would like included in the caption on the interactive map at each location is whether the customer gets a copy of the MRI images on a disc or not - as I, nor many others have the time to research the scanning company. The following is not the fault of Nat.MRI Scan Ltd, but a guidance for those choosing from the companies it gives access to. I really regret opting for the scanning company I did this time - SG Radiology Ltd - finding out AFTER the scan that images would only be available for the consultant, and for a limited time in the IEP portal. Why the customer is sent a link and code to access this portal, with the message "Your report and scans are available to view" I do not know as the public CANNOT use the database. I really wish I had of chosen the London company in Canary Wharf, and for the 3T scanner as I did in 2019, not only would I have the scans on disc and time to choose a consultant before these images were deleted, but the level of detail would have been consistent with my last scans - the 1.5T making it appear I had undergone a recovery of advanced degeneration, and less was wrong than before. Still, I will always use National MRI Scan Ltd. and thank them for the help they provided.

Excellent service. I self referred due to a running injury. They kept in touch with me to let me know what was happening. My scan was organised within a week and my images came back within 2 days due to bank holiday weekend the clinician was in touch with me within the week. I would highly recommend this service

I needed the scans to reveal the source of pain in lumbar spine and hip. Gp and NHS hospital facilities were denied me and I couldn't wait, so was prepared to pay to have answers (which I then fed into my NHS records). I identified two companies online and have been happy with my choice. A pre-scan consultation was very searching and actually saved me some of the costs. The scans (involving some travel) were professionally conducted, and a follow-up phone consultation answered all questions I had. Written reports and scan images arrived by email as promised. It would have been 5 stars but for the approx 1hr car journey to the mobile scan unit (the nearest station to my home in Sheffield)

The service from the National organisation was excellent. However, the communication from the local team was ambiguous at times, with different people offering conflicting advice about the need to obtain consent or not when referring the images back to MRIScan.

Everything right. From booking the scan, having a follow up call to discuss needs, the care received when attending the scan, aftercare received when discussing the results, the access of the images and report to establish next steps. Only thing is, the tunnel was smaller than the hospital ones -I felt a bit of panic at first but managed to get through it by keeping my breathing calm and keeping my eyes closed. But, overall a great service. Thank you
