Good morning, I've just had an MRI scan at your High Wycombe site. The experience was fantastic! Seen on time, wonderfully friendly and professional staff and a new machine too. Hopefully the diagnosis will lead to treatment via the GP very soon. Thank you.
The service was quick and efficient and the staff were pleasant. The MRI scan showed that my knee pain is (as I suspected) a disc-related problem. It was reassuring to know there are no serious issues with my discs or spine. I decided to pay for a scan because I couldn’t get one on the NHS but was just disappearing down a physiotherapy wormhole with all my symptoms put down to arthritis.
